SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to WAY TO CRAFTS! By placing an order through our website (https://www.waytocrafts.com), you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure both parties understand the process and set clear expectations for our services.

1. General

All orders are subject to stock availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels, there may be instances where stock discrepancies occur, and we are unable to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will fulfill the available items and notify you regarding the backordered products. You can then choose whether you would like to wait for restocking or request a refund for the unavailable items.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected along with the purchase. This will be the final shipping cost charged to the customer.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
WAY TO CRAFTS accepts returns due to a change of mind as long as a return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, and customers must arrange for their own shipping. Once the return is received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit for future purchases. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Returns

WAY TO CRAFTS honors valid warranty claims within 90 days of receiving the item. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping; however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Once the returned item is received, we will process the warranty claim within 7 days. Upon confirmation of the warranty claim, you can choose one of the following options:

    • A refund to your original payment method

    • A refund in store credit

    • A replacement item (subject to stock availability)

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Time
Domestic shipments generally take 2 – 7 days to reach their destination.

4.2 International Transit Time
International orders typically take 4 – 22 days, depending on the courier chosen. We can provide a more specific estimate at checkout based on your selected courier.

4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. In these instances, we will take steps to minimize shipment delays.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address
We can accommodate a change of delivery address as long as the order has not been dispatched yet.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
WAY TO CRAFTS ships to P.O. Box addresses only via postal services. Courier services are not available for these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using USPS but cannot offer this service via courier services.

4.7 Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock item(s) and dispatch the remaining items from your order.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time exceeds the estimated time, please contact us so we can investigate further.

5. Tracking Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of your shipment based on updates provided by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject the delivery from the courier, if possible, and contact our customer service immediately. If the parcel has been delivered in your absence, please reach out to customer service to discuss the next steps.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been included in the price of the goods displayed on the website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, import duties and taxes will be prepaid, and no additional fees will be charged upon arrival in the destination country.

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before the order is dispatched, we can accept cancellations. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy for further assistance.

9. Insurance

All parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the value stated by the courier.

9.1 Process for Damaged Parcels in Transit
Once the courier completes their investigation into the damage, we will process a refund or replacement.

9.2 Process for Lost Parcels in Transit
If a parcel is lost during transit, we will issue a refund or replacement after the courier completes their investigation and confirms the parcel is lost.
