RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us at Way To Crafts. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we are happy to help with returns or exchanges. Please read our policy below for further details.

Overview

Our return and refund policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Certain promotional or sale items that are explicitly marked as non-returnable

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a set number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

If you still have not received your refund, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us via email at support@waytocrafts.com or by phone at +91 7358202836. You can send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we process a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
